ABOUT ME

I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from an American Psychological  Association (APA) accredited graduate program. I also did an APA-accredited internship/residency at New York University Medical Center's Bellevue Hospital, where I received specialized training in both clinical and forensic psychology. I then completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship at City of Hope Medical Center focused on neuropsychology, including assessments and scholarly research. I have diverse interests and have experience working in various settings, including Veteran Affairs (VA) medical centers, outpatient community mental health clinics, correctional facilities, and psychiatric hospitals. 

I enjoy contributing to the wider psychological community and strive to make psychology more accessible to the public. I present my research at local and national conferences regularly and have published articles on various topics related to clinical and forensic practice. I also have taught graduate psychology and forensic courses, and am often invited to guest lecture. I co-founded National Psychotherapy Day, volunteer for the Soldiers Project and NYC Covid Care Network. I am currently a board member of the California Psychological Association (CPA) Division I and California Coalition on Sexual Offending (CCOSO). I also have been an active member of other psychological organizations, including the  American Psychology-Law Society (APLS), American Psychological Association (APA), Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers and San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association.
